The hotel has lovely and clean rooms with a modern bathroom. The staff is friendly and very helpful. However, the rooms were really dusty and not well-ventilated. The location is excellent, a short walk to both Termini and Castro Pretorio metro stations, or if you prefer a walk not terribly far from the major sights.
The hotel rooms were more than big enough for our family and very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful with information. The location was convenient with easy access to the subway station. The dining experience was okay, but some more options would have been nice.
